The first full weekend of the 2017/18 Season is in the books and we had a good turnout with 25 golfers. I'm still short a couple of scorecards, so if you have them, please email them to Chris Brough.

For a quick recap - Samson Douglas took the blue tee spoils, just doing enough to stay ahead of Adam Perry. Kian Mooney played the steadiest golf from the white tees, besting Ethan Sousa and Jack Thorpe. Based on the scorecards received, the red tee group was very tight with Nicholas Weikl edging Oliver Betschart and Owen Dibbley. The largest group was the BJGA tee group who played from the new BJGA tees installed at Port Royal. After a couple of years away from the BJGA, Callum MacFarlane returned in top form with a fine round of +4 over the 6 hole track. Thomas Wells was his nearest challenger, closely followed by two young ladies, Sophie and Sarah Lawrence. Well done to everyone this week.
